Large Items delivery
Some of our larger items, such as cots, prams, rockers and furniture have an added cost. This is because we have to use a separate courier to ensure your item gets there with extra care! If you ask nicely, they’ll even take it up to the room you want it in.

Returns & Refunds
With a standard return and exchange service, YellowDucky.co.uk is the ideal website for purchasing baby goods for yourself or gifts for loved ones.
Any order placed on yellowducky.co.uk can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned in it’s original unopened packaging and in re-salable state. Please enclose a copy of your invoice for reference. You can also return any unused item within 30 days for an exchange.
All return charges are handled and paid for directly by the customer.
In the event that the returned goods are deemed damaged, opened or not in a state for re-sale. Your item will be returned back to you and a postage fee will be charged to your account.
All items are double and triple checked before posting to our valued customers, however on the rare occasion we understand an item may be delivered or found to be faulty.
